So I guess I went on a little blog-cation. I am teaching a month-long class and I got a little distracted. Here are some pictures of yummy treats I made along the way.

I also made pierogis from scratch, a fresh mozzarella and tomato salad, and a couple other dishes I neglected to photograph.

I’ll try to do better this week.


I haven’t went shopping. I didn’t cook as much as I intended last week, so I want to use up what I have before I buy more.
