I have to share this…

Last week I lost 2.5lbs by simple cutting out fast food and carry-out. I am assuming most of this is water from high sodium intake from the fast foods and carry out. However, it freaks me out about the content of the food from restaurants. I haven’t exactly been eating like I am on a diet this past week.

 

This week I am giving up candy, starting today, which is Easter. Perfect planning last week Rachael!
