I got so behind in blogging, so here’s a review of some of the things I’ve made in the last week or so…

Roasted turnips & beets, with a salad–from CSA box

Bacon wrapped scallops with wilted greens, and Israeli couscous with sun dried tomatoes and olives

Leeks, beef, & chickpeas on a bed of quinoa

Burger with oatmeal and melted dill havarti cheese

Roasted squash with goat cheese

Iced coffee

Butternut squash baby food

Peas baby food
